What you will be doing
- Leading Workshops: Design and present workshops that make students say, "Wow, I didn't know I could do that!" From public speaking to entrepreneurship, you'll teach actionable skills that inspire.
- Holding daily Motivation Sessions: Start each day helping students set powerful goals and the mindset to crush them.
- Cultivating student success: Use proven playbooks to ensure every student meets ambitious academic and personal goals.
- Creating custom motivational strategies: Work with students to design rewards and incentives that inspire self-driven excellence.
What you will NOT be doing
- Traditional teaching: Forget chalkboards and lectures. At Alpha, students use cutting-edge apps to master core subjects—your role is to guide, inspire, and elevate their learning journey.
- Disciplining: We don't believe in punishment. Instead, you'll use logic and positive reinforcement to create a respectful, engaging environment.

- Bachelor's degree in any subject.
- Experience employing a growth mindset to achieve a high level of performance
- High level of energy and a desire to boost others up.
- A desire to connect, inspire, and motivate K-8th grade students.
