What you will be doing
- Conducting daily morning sessions designed to motivate and prepare student-athletes for the day
- Delivering personalized 1:1 coaching focused on academic achievement and personal development
- Guiding life skills workshops that integrate storytelling, self-reflection, and hands-on coaching methods
- Directing afternoon athletic training sessions that emphasize resilience, collaboration, and personal responsibility
- Monitoring individual athlete development and upholding rigorous expectations for both attitude and execution
Candidate requirements
- We are looking for former elite competitors with credentials at the pinnacle of their sport — including Olympians, World Champions, professional athletes from the NFL, NBA, MLB, MLS, or NHL, or NCAA Division I All-Americans
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- Documented experience applying athletic principles to mentor youth and teach life skills
- Track record of motivational leadership in competitive, educational, or professional environments
- Authorization to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship
- Willingness to reside in or move to Austin, TX
