What you will be doing
- Conducting daily morning sessions that inspire and prepare student-athletes for the day
- Facilitating one-on-one motivational meetings focused on academic and personal development
- Delivering life skill workshops through storytelling, guided reflection, and hands-on coaching methods
- Overseeing afternoon athletic training that cultivates grit, collaboration, and responsibility
- Monitoring student development and maintaining rigorous standards for both attitude and execution
Candidate requirements
- We are looking for former elite-level athletes who have competed at the pinnacle of their sport — Olympians, World Champions, professional athletes in the NFL, NBA, MLB, MLS, or NHL, or NCAA Division I All-Americans
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- Demonstrated experience leveraging sport as a tool to coach and mentor life skills
- Proven track record of motivational leadership in athletic, educational, or professional contexts
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship requirements
- Willingness to reside in or relocate to Austin, TX
