While most enrollment positions prioritize throughput, this role is designed to uphold rigor.
Alpha is constructing a school model among the most ambitious in the world. Our campuses integrate demanding academics, technology-enabled learning, and elevated expectations for both students and staff. Students routinely outpace national learning benchmarks, supported by measurable outcomes. Afternoons are structured for depth, autonomy, and practical skill development. The model is effective—but only when matched with the right families. That's your mandate.
You will lead the complete admissions process for a campus, spanning application to enrollment. This is not a role where you hand families off. You are accountable for the family experience, the clarity of model communication, and ensuring enrollment decisions are grounded in genuine alignment. You will evaluate fit, facilitate informed discussions, and recommend decline when appropriate. The objective is not enrollment maximization. The objective is mutual alignment.
We welcome candidates from premium service sectors outside conventional education: selective independent schools, competitive programs, high-end hospitality, executive services, exclusive membership organizations, or entrepreneurial operators who have personally shepherded high-value client experiences from start to finish. What counts is your capacity to execute a high-touch, multi-phase process with discernment, transparency, and consistency. If your career has centered on delivering exceptional service where trust, confidentiality, and experience quality shape the brand, this role will resonate. Apply now to apply that standard to meaningful work.
Lead and deliver a high-trust, highly selective enrollment process that secures the right families while safeguarding the integrity and effectiveness of the Alpha model.
