The model is effective. But its success depends on enrolling the right families.
This is your mandate.
You will direct the complete enrollment process for a campus, beginning with initial inquiry and concluding with onboarding. This role does not involve delegation. You determine how families perceive us, how accurately they grasp the model, and whether their enrollment decisions reflect genuine alignment. You will evaluate compatibility, facilitate informed dialogue, and advise against enrollment when appropriate. The objective is not to maximize numbers. The objective is to ensure fit.
We welcome candidates from high-caliber service backgrounds outside conventional education: independent schools, competitive programs, luxury hospitality, executive concierge services, exclusive membership organizations, or business owners who have directly overseen premium client relationships from start to finish. What counts is your capacity to execute a detailed, multi-phase engagement with discernment, precision, and accountability.

This is a full-time, salaried, on-site position. We are currently hiring in La Jolla, Los Angeles, Marin County, Palo Alto, Piedmont, San Francisco, Santa Barbara, Santa Monica, South Bay. Relocation assistance is provided.
