Our schools integrate demanding academics, technology-enhanced instruction, and elevated expectations for both students and faculty. Students routinely exceed national learning benchmarks, supported by measurable data. Afternoons are reserved for deeper exploration, independent work, and practical skill development. The model delivers results. But it depends entirely on enrolling aligned families.
This is your responsibility.
You will manage the complete admissions process for a campus, starting with the application and continuing through final enrollment. This is not a transactional handoff. You determine how families perceive us, how well they grasp the model, and whether their enrollment decision is rooted in the right motivations. You will evaluate alignment, facilitate meaningful discussions, and advise against enrollment when appropriate. The objective is not filling seats. The objective is compatibility.
We welcome candidates from premium service sectors outside conventional education: selective private schools, competitive programs, high-end hospitality, executive assistance, exclusive membership organizations, or entrepreneurial operators who have directly overseen valuable client experiences from start to finish. What counts is your capacity to execute a detailed, multi-phase engagement with discernment, transparency, and reliability.

This is a full-time, salaried, on-campus position. We are recruiting in Marin County, Palo Alto, Piedmont, and San Francisco. Relocation assistance is provided.
