Description

You understand what separates content that sits idle from content that spreads. If you've independently grown an audience by shooting, editing, packaging, and publishing your own videos, this is your chance to replicate that success—this time for a school dedicated to teaching teenagers how to become entrepreneurs.

Founders School is creating a new educational category for driven teens eager to build companies rather than postpone entrepreneurship until later. We're looking for someone capable of transforming founder dialogues, student victories, and entrepreneurial milestones into platform-optimized content that captures attention naturally. Your performance won't be judged by editorial calendars, branding standards, or vendor coordination. It will be evaluated on a single metric: whether the audience expands and high-quality families express interest in joining.

This is fundamentally a creator position framed as a senior role. You will personally uncover stories, craft hooks, shoot footage, edit videos, publish across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and new platforms, and continuously refine your output. AI should already inform how you conduct research, perform edits, repurpose assets, and enhance results. Each piece of content functions as a test. Each test reveals insights about what ambitious teenagers and entrepreneurial families choose to consume. If you've cultivated audiences from inception, excel in founder-driven settings, and want your output to influence a national brand's debut, we're eager to review your work. Submit your application today.

What you will be doing

  • Independently produce founder-driven content by scripting, shooting, editing, packaging, publishing, and refining videos for YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and additional creator platforms.
  • Transform founder discussions, student narratives, event footage, and unprocessed material into engaging stories that ambitious teenagers and parents organically choose to watch and distribute.
  • Execute fast-paced tests with hooks, thumbnails, titles, formats, editing techniques, publishing frequency, and distribution methods to drive organic audience expansion.
  • Apply analytics platforms and AI resources to enhance content caliber, production velocity, and outcome metrics with each new release.
  • Construct the creator-driven media system that fuels qualified admissions interest through genuine storytelling instead of paid channels.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Overseeing agencies, production contractors, or teams tasked with creating content on your behalf.
  • Reviewing creative work from the periphery rather than directly producing high-impact content yourself.
  • Executing traditional school marketing, corporate branding initiatives, or maintaining scheduled social media posts.
  • Pursuing superficial engagement numbers or depending on paid advertising rather than cultivating organic audience development.
  • Allocating time to meetings about content rather than actively producing it.

Key responsibilities

Independently establish Founders School's creator-driven media infrastructure to produce 5,000 qualified inbound admissions inquiries during the initial 12 months via high-impact, founder-centered content.

Candidate requirements

  • Verified experience in one of these categories:
    • Independently grew an audience from zero to millions as a creator or served as an early team member of a creator operation, or
    • Contributed directly within a premier founder-led content operation with documented responsibility for content production and audience expansion.
  • A portfolio containing 2–3 content pieces you personally filmed, edited, packaged, and released with quantifiable organic results.
  • Confirmed capacity to articulate your individual impact on audience growth through metrics including subscribers, followers, watch time, engagement, shares, or views.
  • Advanced hands-on proficiency in scripting, filming, editing, packaging, publishing, and refining creator-driven video material.
  • Strong intuition for founder narratives and platform-optimized content development.
  • Regular application of AI tools to expedite research, scripting, editing, repurposing, or performance enhancement.
  • Currently based in, or prepared to move to, New York, NY within 60 days.
  • Eligible to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

  • Background producing content for entrepreneurs, startup founders, or creator-driven enterprises.
  • Track record launching a media brand or channel from the ground up.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of what engages ambitious teenagers and young entrepreneurs.
  • Proven ability converting analytics into scalable content frameworks.
