Each day begins with a clear, quantified action agenda tied directly to the cash forecast. This position requires you to build and execute a zero-miss daily collection strategy, eliminate payment friction before it matures into aged receivables, dismantle disputes using audit-grade documentation, and systematically clear the aging schedule until only genuine exceptions persist. If your natural approach is to escalate at the right moment, identify the true impediment, secure written customer agreement, and lock in a commitment date, this environment will suit you. If you prefer passive monitoring through dashboards and waiting for period-end reviews, it will not.

You will operate at the core of the cash engine, working in tandem with forecasting and revenue operations: they model and flag risk; you neutralize it and capture the result. Your toolkit includes AI-powered account ranking, precise customer engagement, and a refusal to tolerate aging drift. What you will be doing

  • Execute a daily cash collection playbook: establish exact collection goals, deliver without deviation, and investigate every shortfall until the underlying cause is eliminated.
  • Resolve payment delays and disputes with speed: engage customers directly on remittance, portal, and registration obstacles, obtain written confirmation and a locked payment date, and confirm cash receipt.
  • Monitor and reduce the aging ledger daily: clear or reclassify aged items with supporting evidence, and produce actionable recommendations that shrink aged AR on a weekly basis.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Building quarterly forecasts or annual cash-generation strategies
  • Administrative work that does not influence cash receipt timing.
  • Process audits or internal meetings unconnected to active collections or dispute resolution.

Key responsibilities

  • Achieve on-time collection of 100% of all invoices forecasted within the quarter, removing delays and ensuring cash arrives precisely as planned.
