Description

Are you a dynamic, full-stack marketer ready to make a tangible impact? As the Director of Marketing at Studient, you'll have the opportunity to revolutionize how U.S. public schools support students in need. Our cutting-edge AI-driven Motivention™ platform is making waves by personalizing education and reducing administrative burdens, allowing students to progress 4.6 times faster than their peers. Schools invest in us only when they witness real growth.

We need you to spearhead our marketing efforts, crafting strategies from the ground up and driving demand generation that fuels our sales pipeline. With direct access to the CEO and complete creative freedom, you'll face no bureaucratic hurdles or outdated tools. If you're passionate about combining strategic insight with hands-on execution to captivate public education stakeholders, we want to hear from you.

What you will be doing

  • Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to boost the adoption of Studient’s MTSS platform in U.S. public schools.
  • Craft a compelling brand identity that appeals to decision-makers in districts and special education.
  • Lead and fine-tune campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, overseeing all aspects from copy to creative and performance metrics.
  • Create impactful content such as sales decks, brochures, landing pages, and social media posts, leveraging AI tools to enhance your workflow.
  • Identify opportunities for public speaking, PR, and thought leadership to elevate our brand's presence.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Overseeing a large team or delegating key tasks—this role is hands-on and action-oriented.
  • Applying a generic B2B SaaS approach to public sector marketing—our audience requires a unique touch.
  • Getting bogged down by approval processes or endless planning—we prioritize fast execution and tangible results.
  • Relying on outdated channels that don't deliver results—we continuously test, evolve, and invest in what works.
  • Ignoring AI's potential—our product is AI-powered, and we expect you to embrace it in your processes.

Key responsibilities

Lead the charge in generating qualified leads and driving the adoption of Studient's MTSS platform at the district level by crafting and executing a high-impact, brand-centric marketing strategy.

Candidate requirements

  • Over 5 years of experience in marketing roles with end-to-end responsibility (from strategy to execution).
  • Proven track record in marketing to U.S. public sector, education, or related industries.
  • Success in digital marketing campaigns, especially on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Strong content creation skills, with the ability to write, edit, and design effectively.
  • Proficiency with AI tools to streamline workflows and uphold quality.
  • Driven by data, goal-focused, and enthusiastic about building from scratch.
  • Proficient in English.
