Description

Are you a dynamic, full-stack marketer ready to make a significant impact? If you're driven by results and thrive in fast-paced environments, this opportunity is your canvas.

Studient is revolutionizing the way U.S. public schools empower struggling students with our cutting-edge AI-driven Motivention™ platform. Designed for MTSS and special education, our platform accelerates student progress by 4.6 times compared to their peers, while easing teachers' administrative burdens. Schools only invest when they witness measurable success.

Your mission is to build and expand our marketing efforts from scratch. Shape our brand, craft the go-to-market strategy, and spearhead demand-generation campaigns that funnel quality leads to our sales team. You'll collaborate directly with the CEO, enjoying complete creative freedom—no red tape, no outdated tools, no distractions.

If you're passionate about balancing strategic foresight with everyday execution and are eager to connect with public education stakeholders through compelling messaging, we want to hear from you.

What you will be doing

  • Craft and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to boost adoption of Studient’s MTSS solution in U.S. public schools
  • Establish a unique brand identity that speaks to district decision-makers and special education leaders
  • Design and enhance campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, owning all aspects from copy to performance
  • Create impactful content such as sales decks, brochures, landing pages, and social media posts, leveraging AI tools where beneficial
  • Pursue and secure opportunities for speaking, PR, and thought leadership to elevate brand authority

What you will NOT be doing

  • Leading a large team or outsourcing core tasks—this role demands hands-on involvement
  • Applying a traditional B2B SaaS approach to public sector marketing—our audience requires a tailored strategy
  • Getting bogged down in approval processes—we prioritize agility and outcomes
  • Relying on outdated channels that lack efficacy—we focus on testing, iterating, and investing where it matters
  • Overlooking the power of AI—it's integral to our product and should enhance your workflow too

Key responsibilities

Lead the charge in generating qualified leads and driving district-level adoption of Studient’s MTSS platform through an innovative, brand-centric marketing strategy.

Candidate requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in marketing roles with end-to-end funnel management (from strategy to execution)
  • Proven experience in marketing to U.S. buyers in the public sector, education, or government-related industries
  • Success in executing digital campaigns, particularly on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube
  • Strong skills in content creation—capable of writing, editing, and designing with clarity and impact
  • Proficiency with AI tools to enhance workflow efficiency and quality
  • Data-driven, goal-focused, and enthusiastic about building from the ground up
  • Proficiency in English
