Description

Ready to revolutionize education marketing from scratch? This is your canvas.

At Studient, we're not just another edtech company—we're measurably changing outcomes in America's classrooms. Our AI-driven Motivention™ platform is helping struggling students progress 4.6x faster while liberating teachers from paperwork. Schools only pay when students improve, making us a true partner in educational success.

As our Senior Marketing Manager, you'll architect our entire marketing ecosystem. From crafting our market positioning to generating qualified leads that convert, you'll have direct CEO access and complete creative autonomy. No red tape, no legacy systems—just the freedom to build something extraordinary.

If you're a strategic thinker who thrives in hands-on execution and feels passionate about reaching education decision-makers with compelling messages that matter, we should connect.

What you will be doing

  • Craft and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that drive school district adoption of our breakthrough MTSS platform
  • Shape a compelling brand voice that connects authentically with education administrators and special education directors
  • Take full ownership of digital campaigns across social platforms—from creative conception to performance optimization
  • Develop persuasive marketing assets including presentations, collateral, web content, and social media materials (leveraging AI where appropriate)
  • Strategically position Studient as a thought leader through speaking engagements, media coverage, and industry presence

What you will NOT be doing

  • Delegating the challenging work—this role demands a marketing practitioner who executes personally
  • Applying standard B2B SaaS playbooks—education buyers require specialized approaches and understanding
  • Getting caught in approval cycles or endless planning—we prioritize action and measurable outcomes
  • Investing in traditional channels with poor ROI—our focus is on data-backed, high-performing tactics
  • Avoiding AI integration—we embrace AI as a core multiplier for both our product and marketing efforts

Key responsibilities

Generate qualified leads and drive district-wide adoption by developing and executing a distinctive, results-oriented marketing strategy that builds our brand while delivering measurable pipeline growth.

Candidate requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of marketing experience with comprehensive responsibility across the entire funnel
  • Proven track record marketing to public education, government, or similar regulated sectors
  • Verifiable success managing digital marketing campaigns across major social platforms
  • Exceptional content creation abilities—combining strategic thinking with compelling execution
  • Proficiency with AI-powered marketing tools and willingness to integrate them into workflow
  • Results-focused mindset with enthusiasm for building systems from the ground up
  • Native or business-level English proficiency
