Description

Ready to revolutionize education marketing from scratch? This is your canvas.

At Studient, we're not just another EdTech company—we're measurably transforming student outcomes in America's public schools. Our Motivention™ AI platform is helping struggling students progress 4.6x faster while liberating teachers from administrative burdens. We've cracked the code for MTSS and special education support, with a revolutionary pay-for-results model that schools trust.

As our Principal Marketing Manager, you'll architect our entire marketing ecosystem. From crafting our market positioning to designing conversion-focused campaigns, you'll have direct CEO access and complete creative autonomy. No red tape, no legacy systems—just the freedom to build something extraordinary.

If you're a strategic thinker who thrives in hands-on execution and feels passionate about crafting compelling narratives for education decision-makers, we need to connect.

What you will be doing

  • Architect and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that drive Studient's MTSS solution adoption across U.S. public education systems
  • Craft a compelling brand voice that captures attention from district administrators and special education directors
  • Take full ownership of social media campaigns across platforms—handling everything from creative direction to performance analytics
  • Develop persuasive marketing collateral spanning presentations, digital assets, and conversion-focused content, leveraging AI tools for enhanced productivity
  • Strategically position Studient as an industry thought leader through targeted speaking engagements, media placements, and authority-building initiatives

What you will NOT be doing

  • Delegating the challenging work—we need a marketing leader who executes, not just directs
  • Applying cookie-cutter B2B SaaS approaches—education buyers require specialized understanding and tactics
  • Navigating bureaucratic approval chains—we operate with agility and decisiveness
  • Investing in traditional channels with poor ROI—our focus is on data-validated, high-performing tactics
  • Sidelining AI technologies—embracing innovation is core to both our product and our operations

Key responsibilities

Generate qualified leads and drive district adoption of Studient's MTSS platform through the development and execution of a comprehensive, brand-centric marketing strategy that delivers measurable results.

Candidate requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of marketing experience with comprehensive ownership across the entire funnel
  • Proven track record marketing to public education, government, or similar regulated sectors
  • Verifiable success running digital marketing campaigns, particularly across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube platforms
  • Exceptional communication abilities—capable of producing clear, purposeful written and visual content
  • Proficiency with AI-powered marketing tools and willingness to integrate them into your workflow
  • Results-oriented mindset with analytical approach and enthusiasm for building systems from the ground up
  • Native or business-level English proficiency
