Description

Are you the full-stack marketing dynamo ready to make an impact? This role is your ultimate challenge.

What you will be doing

  • Craft and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to boost Studient’s MTSS solution adoption in U.S. public schools.
  • Develop a compelling brand identity that captures the attention of district-level decision-makers and special education leaders.
  • Design and manage campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, taking charge of copy, creative, and performance metrics.
  • Create impactful content such as sales decks, brochures, landing pages, and social media posts, leveraging AI tools to enhance efficiency.
  • Identify and secure opportunities for public speaking, PR, and thought leadership to strengthen brand presence.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Managing a large team or delegating the core tasks—this role demands hands-on involvement.
  • Applying a generic B2B SaaS approach—our audience is distinct, requiring swift adaptation.
  • Getting bogged down by approval processes or indecisive planning—we prioritize agility and outcomes.
  • Sticking to outdated channels that don't deliver—we focus on testing, iterating, and investing in what works.
  • Underestimating the power of AI—it's integral to our product and your workflow.

Key responsibilities

Lead the charge in generating qualified leads and driving district-level adoption of Studient’s MTSS platform through a strategic, brand-centric marketing approach.

Candidate requirements

  • 5+ years of marketing experience with comprehensive funnel management (from strategy to execution).

  • Data-driven, goal-oriented, and excited about building from scratch.
  • Fluent in English.
