Description

Are you a dynamic marketer with a knack for strategy and execution? Step into a role where your skills will shine.

Join Studient as we revolutionize U.S. public school support systems with our AI-driven Motivention™ platform. This innovative solution tailors learning experiences while reducing the administrative burden on educators. It's designed for MTSS and special education, achieving remarkable results: students progress 4.6 times faster, and schools pay only when they see tangible improvements.

Your mission is clear: lead and expand our marketing efforts from the ground up. You'll craft the go-to-market strategy, enhance our brand, and drive demand-generation campaigns that yield quality leads for our sales team. Collaborate closely with the CEO and enjoy full creative freedom—no red tape, no outdated tools, just focus and innovation.

If you excel where strategic vision meets hands-on execution and are driven by the challenge of engaging public education decision-makers with compelling messaging, we want to hear from you.

What you will be doing

  • Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote Studient’s MTSS solution in U.S. public schools.
  • Develop a unique brand identity that appeals to district leaders and special education professionals.
  • Manage and enhance campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, overseeing copy, visuals, and outcomes.
  • Create impactful content such as sales presentations, brochures, landing pages, and social media posts, leveraging AI tools when beneficial.
  • Pursue speaking engagements, public relations opportunities, and thought leadership initiatives to boost brand recognition.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Leading a large team or outsourcing key tasks—this is a hands-on position for proactive individuals.
  • Applying a conventional B2B SaaS marketing approach—our audience is distinct, requiring quick adaptation.
  • Waiting for approvals or being bogged down in planning—we prioritize swift action and tangible outcomes.
  • Relying on outdated marketing channels—we experiment, refine, and invest in what delivers results.
  • Ignoring AI's potential—our product is AI-powered, and your role should embrace this technology.

Key responsibilities

Lead the charge in generating qualified leads and fostering district-level adoption of Studient’s MTSS platform by crafting and executing a forward-thinking, brand-centric marketing strategy.

Candidate requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing roles with comprehensive funnel management (from strategy to execution).
  • Background in marketing to U.S. public sector, education, or government-related industries.
  • Proven track record in digital marketing campaigns, especially on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Strong content creation skills—proficient in writing, editing, and designing with precision and intent.
  • Proficiency in AI tools to enhance efficiency and uphold quality standards.
  • Data-driven and goal-focused, with a passion for building from the ground up.
  • Proficient in English.
