Description

Seeking a role where your skills lead to tangible victories? Join us to make your mark.

If you've excelled in achieving CAC objectives with your own Meta campaigns, independently launched lead magnets, and made budgetary choices based on data-driven insights, then this opportunity is your next challenge. Join our team, which has crafted a robust content-generation system, with a singular focus: rapidly securing paid subscribers.

This is a short-term contract with a clear mission. Become part of Legends, an AI-driven, direct-to-consumer platform dedicated to enhancing life skills for families. Our approach bypasses educational institutions, targeting parents directly. With an urgent mission, vast market potential, and a narrow execution window, we've perfected our content engine. Now, we need subscribers. Rapidly.

Your journey begins with a distinct project: secure subscribers on a restricted budget using a cutting-edge internal tool. Forget about slide decks and approvals—it's all about CAC, campaigns, and results. Deliver on targets, and further opportunities await. Here, execution speaks louder than any credential.

What you will be doing

  • Initiating and managing Meta ad campaigns aimed at U.S. parents, focusing on achieving specific CAC targets
  • Conducting swift, targeted funnel experiments to boost conversion rates at critical drop-off points
  • Leveraging internal AI tools to create and deploy lead magnets, landing pages, and ad variations
  • Adjusting budget allocations across campaigns based on performance and ROI assessments
  • Making weekly strategic decisions that directly influence subscriber growth

What you will NOT be doing

  • Relying on creative, engineering, or analytics teams for execution
  • Developing brand campaigns or long-term growth strategies
  • Outsourcing tasks to agencies or managing extensive teams
  • Spending excessive time on reports or presentations for stakeholders
  • Expecting long-term employment—this is a short-term, high-impact contract role

Key responsibilities

Lead the charge in driving paid subscriber growth, ensuring CAC targets are met through hands-on campaign execution, content deployment, and strategic budget reallocation.

Candidate requirements

  • Demonstrated success in reducing CAC by at least 20% through direct Meta Ads campaign management
  • Experience handling Meta budgets ranging from $5K to $15K per month in a DTC or subscription context
  • Conducted 5+ A/B tests using tools like Mixpanel, Optimizely, or similar platforms
  • Expertise in self-serve analytics to guide growth strategies
  • Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, or proprietary systems) for content deployment
  • Background in marketing a U.S.-based DTC product, with at least one campaign targeting parents or family decision-makers
  • Ability to work autonomously without a support team
  • Open to a short-term contract with clear performance objectives; exceptional results could lead to extended or long-term engagements
