What you will be doing

<ul> <li>Own the Meta advertising battlefield with laser-focused parent-targeting campaigns</li> <li>Conduct rapid-fire funnel optimization experiments to crush conversion bottlenecks</li> <li>Wield our AI arsenal to create and deploy lead magnets, landing pages, and ad variations at lightning speed</li> <li>Play budget chess - strategically moving resources where ROI shows the most promise</li> <li>Make subscriber growth-driving decisions that impact our bottom line every week</li> </ul>

<ul> <li>Sitting in endless approval queues for creative or tech support</li> <li>Getting lost in long-term brand strategy exercises</li> <li>Playing middle-manager with agencies or internal teams</li> <li>Drowning in PowerPoint presentations and stakeholder reports</li> <li>Setting up for a long-term position - this is a focused, results-driven contract</li> </ul>

Key responsibilities

<p>Your mission is crystal clear: Scale our paid subscriber base while maintaining or beating our CAC targets through masterful campaign execution, strategic content deployment, and razor-sharp budget optimization.</p>

Candidate requirements

<ul> <li>Track record of slashing CAC by 20%+ through hands-on Meta Ads mastery</li> <li>Battle-tested experience managing $5K-15K monthly Meta budgets in DTC or subscription environments</li> <li>A/B testing veteran with 5+ experiments under your belt using industry-standard tools</li> <li>Self-sufficient in analytics - you know how to find and interpret the data you need</li> <li>Fluent in AI tools for content creation and deployment</li> <li>Proven success in U.S. DTC marketing, specifically targeting parent demographics</li> <li>Self-starter who thrives without a support structure</li> <li>Ready for a performance-based short-term contract with potential for growth based on results</li> </ul>
