Description

Results-driven marketer wanted. Not just another strategy role.

You're the type who's personally slashed CAC targets on Meta, created compelling lead magnets independently, and made data-driven budget decisions based on solid funnel metrics. Now's your chance to showcase those skills with Legends—an AI-powered life skills platform that connects directly with parents, bypassing traditional educational channels.

This contract position demands immediate impact. We've built an exceptional content generation system, but need a performance-driven marketer to rapidly convert that into paid subscriptions. The mission is critical, the market potential enormous, and time is of the essence.

Your initial assignment is laser-focused: acquire subscribers with limited resources using our cutting-edge internal tools. No bureaucracy or endless meetings—just deliver results against clear CAC targets. Exceed expectations, and further opportunities await. Performance is the only metric that matters here.

What you will be doing

  • Creating and optimizing Meta advertising campaigns targeting American parents with strict cost-per-acquisition benchmarks
  • Conducting rapid funnel experiments to improve conversion rates at critical abandonment points
  • Leveraging our proprietary AI toolkit to rapidly deploy marketing assets including lead magnets, landing pages and ad creative variations
  • Strategically shifting budget allocations based on performance analytics and ROI calculations
  • Making high-impact weekly decisions that directly drive subscriber acquisition numbers

What you will NOT be doing

  • Depending on other departments for execution—you'll have direct control over your campaigns
  • Developing long-term branding initiatives or extended growth roadmaps
  • Overseeing external agencies or internal team members
  • Creating elaborate reports or presentation decks for executive review
  • Settling into a permanent position—this is a focused, results-oriented contract engagement

Key responsibilities

Your core mission is straightforward: drive paid subscriber growth while maintaining or beating target customer acquisition costs through hands-on campaign execution, strategic content deployment, and data-informed budget optimization.

Candidate requirements

  • Demonstrated track record of reducing customer acquisition costs by 20%+ through direct management of Meta advertising campaigns
  • Experience handling monthly Meta ad budgets between $5,000-$15,000 specifically within direct-to-consumer or subscription-based businesses
  • Successfully executed at least 5 A/B tests using platforms such as Mixpanel, Optimizely, or native testing tools
  • Self-sufficient in analytics—able to extract actionable insights without relying on a dedicated analytics team
  • Practical experience using AI content tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, or similar proprietary systems) to expedite content creation
  • Background in U.S. direct-to-consumer marketing, including campaigns specifically targeting parents or family purchasing decision-makers
  • Self-starter mentality with proven ability to work autonomously without support staff
  • Willingness to engage in a short-term contract with clearly defined performance metrics, with potential for extension based on exceptional results
