This is a sprint, not a marathon. We're offering a focused contract role for a performance marketer who lives and breathes CAC, conversion rates, and ROI. No red tape, no endless meetings—just you, our bleeding-edge AI tools, and a clear mission to acquire subscribers efficiently.

If you've independently crushed Meta campaigns, engineered funnels that convert, and can prove it with numbers (not PowerPoints), let's talk. Success here isn't about your resume—it's about results.

What you will be doing

  • Own the entire Meta advertising ecosystem, crafting and optimizing campaigns that connect with U.S. parents
  • Be the architect of rapid funnel experiments that turn curiosity into conversions
  • Harness our cutting-edge AI arsenal to create and deploy compelling lead magnets and landing pages
  • Play money-ball with our ad spend, making data-driven decisions to maximize ROI
  • Drive weekly growth metrics that directly impact our bottom line

What you will NOT be doing

  • Getting stuck in approval loops or waiting for other teams to green-light your moves
  • Crafting fluffy brand narratives or five-year roadmaps
  • Managing external agencies or internal teams
  • Creating endless PowerPoint decks or getting lost in reporting cycles
  • Setting up for a long-term role - this is a focused, results-driven contract position

Key responsibilities

Drive explosive subscriber growth while maintaining strict CAC targets through expert campaign management, strategic content deployment, and laser-focused budget optimization.

Candidate requirements

  • Track record of slashing CAC by 20%+ through hands-on Meta Ads mastery
  • Battle-tested experience managing monthly Meta budgets between $5K-15K in DTC or subscription environments
  • A/B testing veteran with 5+ experiments under your belt using industry-standard tools
  • Self-sufficient data ninja who can extract insights without an analytics team
  • Demonstrated success with AI tools for content creation and deployment
  • Proven experience marketing to U.S. parents/families in the DTC space
  • Independent operator who thrives without a support structure
  • Ready to crush a short-term contract with clear performance metrics (exceptional results could open bigger doors)
