LOCATION NOTE: This is an on-site position based at our Austin, TX campus.

Your responsibilities will span from resolving technical device issues to orchestrating seamless events and maintaining campus security. Your contributions will be essential to our mission. What you will be doing

  • Taking full ownership of day-to-day campus operations—from fire safety protocols to staff onboarding and maintaining an uninterrupted learning environment.
  • Addressing technical challenges directly: diagnosing problems, overseeing device migrations, and acting as the primary resource for technology-related requests.
  • Preparing professional, well-organized event spaces and ensuring flawless execution.
  • Establishing trust with students, parents, and staff through transparent communication and superior service.
  • Maintaining campus security by implementing effective protocols, conducting drills, and enforcing safety standards.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Teaching classes or designing curriculum—your expertise centers on operational performance, not instruction.
  • Following inflexible procedures or waiting for others to act—this position demands proactive leadership.
  • Operating independently—your success depends on teamwork and active engagement with the campus community.
  • Performing routine, repetitive duties—this role provides diversity and substantive challenges.

Candidate requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (no specific field required)
  • Demonstrated capability to troubleshoot issues and handle operational logistics with assurance
  • Working knowledge of IT systems or technical support
  • Background in customer-facing roles
  • Fluency in both spoken Spanish and English
  • Strong ownership mindset and willingness to take initiative
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship
  • Availability to work on-site in Austin, TX

Nice to have

  • 3+ years of operational management experience
  • Experience serving as a Google Administrator
  • Experience planning and executing events
