Description

AUSTIN, TX CAMPUS - IN-PERSON POSITION

Are you the person everyone turns to when things need fixing? At Nova Academy, we're looking for a problem-solving powerhouse who thrives on making systems work better. As our Operations Manager, you'll be the backbone of our campus—the trusted expert who transforms challenges into solutions with confidence and flair.

Your impact will be immediate and visible. From ensuring technology functions flawlessly to orchestrating memorable events and maintaining a secure learning environment, you'll create the conditions where education flourishes. Students, parents, and colleagues will come to rely on your expertise, creativity, and can-do attitude.

Join Nova Academy and experience:

  • Professional Development Excellence: Learn alongside top-tier professionals across our network, building skills that accelerate your career trajectory.
  • Clear Advancement Path: Work directly with your Campus Director and Lead Coordinator to expand your responsibilities and influence as you grow.
  • Proven Systems: Master our established operational framework while contributing your insights to our evolving best practices.
  • Leadership Development: As you excel, shape the next generation of operations professionals through training and mentorship.

Ready to leave behind restrictive environments where your talents go untapped? Step into a role where your initiative drives real impact every single day.

What you will be doing

  • Becoming the operational heartbeat of our campus—managing everything from emergency protocols to staff integration and environmental optimization.
  • Serving as our technology champion: diagnosing problems, implementing new systems, and ensuring our digital infrastructure supports learning.
  • Transforming our spaces for standout events while ensuring flawless execution from concept to completion.
  • Cultivating relationships across our community through responsive communication and exceptional operational support.
  • Orchestrating comprehensive safety systems that protect our campus community while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Classroom instruction or curriculum development—your genius lies in creating the optimal conditions for learning, not delivering it directly.
  • Navigating bureaucratic red tape or waiting for permission to solve problems—we value decisive action and creative solutions.
  • Operating as a lone wolf—your success will be built on collaboration and community connection.
  • Performing predictable, repetitive tasks—each day brings fresh challenges worthy of your talents and attention.

Key responsibilities

Create an operationally excellent campus environment through proactive problem-solving, relationship building, and exceptional service delivery to our entire school community.
