Description

LOCATION NOTE: This is an in-person position based at our Austin, TX campus.

Are you frustrated by delays when you know you could resolve issues immediately? At Nova Academy, you'll serve as the go-to expert ensuring seamless campus functionality, addressing operational challenges with agility, innovation, and full ownership.

Your responsibilities will span from resolving technical device issues to orchestrating seamless events and maintaining campus security—work that is essential to our mission. Your contributions will be recognized and appreciated as you develop meaningful connections with students, parents, and staff who depend on your skill and commitment. At Nova Academy, each day brings purpose, variety, and genuine fulfillment.

Why Nova Academy?

  • Learn from Industry Leaders: Partner with seasoned professionals throughout our network, acquiring knowledge and skills that accelerate your professional development.
  • Advancement Pathways: With guidance from the Campus Director and Lead Campus Coordinator, you'll gradually assume expanded responsibilities—from parent engagement to operational management—building your influence and capabilities.
  • Proven Framework: Leverage an established playbook, becoming proficient in developing, refining, and implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across a growing network of educational institutions.
  • Mentorship and Development: As your experience grows, you'll play a key role in supporting new team members by offering training and guidance at campuses across the network.

What you will be doing

  • Managing all aspects of daily campus operations—from fire safety protocols to staff onboarding and maintaining an optimal learning environment.

  • Maintaining campus security by implementing effective safety protocols, conducting drills, and managing security systems.

  • Following inflexible procedures or waiting for others to make decisions—this position requires proactive accountability.
  • Operating independently—your success depends on teamwork and active community involvement.
  • Performing routine, unchanging tasks—this role provides diversity and substantial challenges.
