Campus Coordinator   $60,000 USD/year

Description

LOCATION REQUIREMENT: This hands-on position is based at our Austin, TX campus.

Are you the type of person who sees a problem and immediately thinks "I can fix that"? Nova Academy needs a Campus Coordinator who thrives on turning chaos into order and making the impossible look effortless.

Your mission? Be the operational backbone that keeps our campus humming. Whether you're resolving tech glitches, orchestrating seamless events, or maintaining campus security, you'll be the go-to problem-solver everyone relies on. This isn't just another administrative role—it's a position where your expertise directly impacts student success and campus culture.

What makes Nova Academy different?

  • Expert Network: Connect with seasoned professionals across our school network, accelerating your professional development through shared knowledge and best practices.
  • Career Advancement: Work closely with our Campus Director and Lead Campus Coordinator to expand your responsibilities, from stakeholder relations to strategic operations management.
  • Proven Systems: Master our time-tested operational framework while developing and refining Standard Operating Procedures across our growing network.
  • Leadership Development: As you grow, you'll mentor new team members and share your expertise across multiple campus locations.

Ready to leave behind micromanagement and bureaucratic red tape? Join a team where your initiative drives real results.

What you will be doing

  • Mastering campus operations—from emergency protocols to new hire integration, ensuring every aspect of campus life runs flawlessly.
  • Becoming the tech troubleshooting champion: diagnosing problems, managing system updates, and being the reliable tech support everyone counts on.
  • Transforming spaces into event-ready venues and orchestrating flawless execution from start to finish.
  • Cultivating strong relationships with our community—students, families, and colleagues—through exceptional communication and service delivery.
  • Maintaining campus security and safety through strategic planning, regular drills, and proactive risk management.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Classroom instruction or curriculum design—your expertise lies in operational mastery, not educational content.
  • Following endless approval chains or waiting for permission to solve problems—this position rewards decisive action and independent thinking.
  • Operating in a silo—collaboration and community connection are fundamental to your success here.
  • Handling mundane, routine tasks—expect diverse challenges that keep you engaged and growing.

Key responsibilities

Drive operational excellence across all campus functions while fostering strong relationships and delivering superior service to our entire school community.

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline
