Description

LOCATION NOTE: This position requires on-site presence at our Austin, TX campus.

Are you frustrated by delays caused by waiting on others to resolve issues you're equipped to handle immediately? At Nova Academy, you'll serve as the go-to operational expert who ensures campus functions run efficiently, addressing challenges with initiative, resourcefulness, and accountability.

Your responsibilities span from resolving technical device issues to orchestrating seamless events and maintaining campus security. This work is essential to our mission. You'll also cultivate meaningful connections with students, families, and colleagues who recognize and appreciate your skills and commitment. At Nova Academy, your workday transcends mere activity—it's purposeful, varied, and genuinely fulfilling.

Why Nova Academy?

  • Learning from the Best: Work alongside seasoned professionals throughout our network, absorbing knowledge and skills that accelerate your professional development.
  • Growth Opportunities: With guidance from the Campus Director and Lead Campus Coordinator, you'll progressively assume expanded responsibilities—from family engagement to operational management—building your competence and authority.
  • Playbook for Success: Leverage a proven framework, becoming proficient in developing, refining, and implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) within a fast-growing school network.

What you will be doing

  • Managing daily campus operations—from fire safety protocols to staff onboarding and maintaining an optimal learning environment.

  • Following inflexible procedures or awaiting directives from others—this position demands proactive decision-making.
  • Operating independently—effectiveness in this role depends on teamwork and community involvement.
  • Performing routine or repetitive duties—expect diversity and substantive challenges in your work.
