We'll give you the autonomy, budget, and clear objectives you need—but expect you to deliver.

This opportunity is tailored for a high-performer who embraces challenges, takes full ownership, and possesses the exact formula for identifying and securing premium CS talent.

Key details:

  • $75,000 annual salary with comprehensive travel coverage
  • Full benefits package
  • US-based position with extensive travel to MIT and Stanford campuses

  • Delegating operational details to support staff—you'll personally handle everything from venue bookings to promotional materials to refreshments
  • Adhering to traditional office hours—your schedule will align with student availability: evenings, weekends, and even during exam periods
