What you will be doing

  • Taking charge of daily campus operations—from fire safety to staff onboarding, ensuring a smooth learning environment.
  • Addressing tech challenges promptly: resolving issues, managing device migrations, and being the primary tech resource.
  • Setting up and managing professional spaces for events, ensuring they run flawlessly.
  • Building strong relationships with students, parents, and staff through effective communication and exceptional service.
  • Maintaining campus safety with robust protocols, drills, and security measures.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Teaching or developing educational content—your focus will be on operational excellence, not academics.
  • Following rigid processes or waiting for others to act—this role is about taking initiative and ownership.
  • Working in isolation—success in this role is achieved through collaboration and community involvement.
  • Engaging in monotonous or repetitive tasks—this position offers variety and meaningful challenges.

Candidate requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree (field of study is flexible)
  • Demonstrated ability to resolve issues and manage operational logistics confidently
  • Familiarity with IT systems or technical support
  • Experience in roles that require customer interaction
  • Proficiency in spoken Spanish and English for clear communication
  • A strong sense of ownership and proactivity
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship
  • Commitment to working on-site in Austin, TX

Nice to have

  • Over 3 years of experience in operational management
  • Experience as a Google Administrator
  • Experience in planning and executing events
