What you will be doing

  • Taking charge of daily campus operations, from fire safety protocols to onboarding staff and ensuring a conducive learning environment.
  • Addressing tech challenges with confidence: troubleshoot issues, manage device migrations, and serve as the tech guru.
  • Coordinating events with precision, creating welcoming and professional spaces for seamless execution.
  • Fostering trust with students, parents, and staff through clear communication and top-notch service.
  • Implementing effective safety protocols, drills, and security measures to maintain a secure campus.

  • Engaging in teaching or curriculum development—your expertise lies in operational management, not academics.
  • Following rigid processes or waiting for others to act—this role is about proactive initiative.
  • Working in isolation—success here demands collaboration and community engagement.
  • Getting bogged down in monotonous tasks—this position offers variety and meaningful challenges.

Key responsibilities

Oversee campus operations with excellence, building trust and delivering exceptional service to students, staff, and parents.

Candidate requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (field not specified)
  • Demonstrated ability to resolve issues and manage operational logistics confidently
  • IT systems or technical support familiarity
  • Experience in customer-facing roles
  • Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken
  • Strong sense of ownership and initiative
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship
  • Commitment to work on-site in Austin, TX

Nice to have

  • 3+ years in operational management
  • Experience as a Google Administrator
  • Event planning and execution experience
