What you will be doing

  • Taking charge of daily campus operations, from fire safety to staff onboarding, ensuring a smooth educational environment.
  • Tackling tech challenges directly: resolving issues, managing device transitions, and serving as the primary tech resource.
  • Crafting professional environments for events and ensuring they proceed seamlessly.
  • Building trust with students, parents, and staff through clear communication and exceptional service.
  • Maintaining campus safety with effective protocols, drills, and security measures.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Instructing or developing curricula—your focus is on operational mastery, not teaching.
  • Following rigid procedures or waiting for others to act—this position is about proactive leadership.
  • Working in isolation—success here is built on collaboration and community involvement.
  • Getting bogged down in monotonous or repetitive tasks—this role offers diversity and meaningful challenges.

Key responsibilities

Ensure efficient campus operations while fostering trust and providing exceptional service to students, staff, and parents.

Candidate requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (field not specified)
  • Proven ability to resolve issues and manage operational logistics confidently
  • Familiarity with IT systems or technical support
  • Experience in customer-facing roles
  • Proficiency in spoken Spanish and English
  • Strong sense of ownership and initiative
  • Legal right to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship
  • On-site work commitment in Austin, TX

Nice to have

  • 3+ years in operational management
  • Experience as a Google Administrator
  • Event planning and execution experience
