Description

LOCATION NOTE: This is an in-person position based at our Austin, TX campus.

Are you frustrated by waiting for others to resolve problems you could fix immediately? At Nova Academy, you'll serve as the go-to expert who keeps the campus operating seamlessly, addressing operational issues with efficiency, innovation, and accountability.

Your responsibilities will span from resolving technical device issues to organizing impeccable events and maintaining campus security—work that is essential to our mission. Your contributions will be recognized as you develop meaningful connections with students, parents, and staff who appreciate your skill and commitment. At Nova Academy, your workday is more than just active—it's purposeful, varied, and genuinely fulfilling.

Why Nova Academy?

  • Learning from the Best: Work alongside seasoned professionals throughout our network, acquiring knowledge and skills that accelerate your professional development.
  • Growth Opportunities: With guidance from the Campus Director and Lead Campus Coordinator, you'll gradually assume expanded responsibilities—from parent engagement to operational management—building your capabilities and authority.
  • Playbook for Success: Utilize a proven framework, becoming proficient in developing, refining, and implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) within a fast-growing school network.
  • Training and Mentorship: As your expertise grows, you'll help develop others by delivering training and guidance to incoming staff across multiple campuses.

If you're prepared to leave behind an atmosphere of excessive oversight, red tape, or minimal influence and embrace a position where your choices have real impact, we invite you to join us.

What you will be doing

  • Taking ownership of day-to-day campus functions—covering everything from fire safety protocols to staff onboarding and maintaining an uninterrupted learning environment.

  • Preparing polished, professional environments for events and guaranteeing flawless execution.
  • Establishing credibility with students, parents, and staff through transparent communication and exceptional support.
  • Maintaining campus security by implementing effective procedures, conducting drills, and enforcing safety standards.

  • Following inflexible workflows or waiting for others to act—this position demands proactive accountability.
  • Operating independently—effectiveness in this role depends on teamwork and community involvement.
  • Performing monotonous or routine tasks—this position provides diversity and substantive challenges.
