What you will be doing

  • Spearheading comprehensive campus management—from fire safety protocols to new employee integration, ensuring an optimal educational atmosphere.
  • Serving as our technology champion: diagnosing technical problems, overseeing equipment transitions, and being the primary tech support resource.
  • Designing and executing flawless events with professional presentation standards and seamless execution.
  • Cultivating strong relationships across our school community through transparent communication and exceptional service delivery.
  • Maintaining campus security through robust safety procedures, emergency preparedness, and comprehensive protection protocols.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Engaging in classroom instruction or academic program development—your expertise centers on operational mastery, not educational content.
  • Following bureaucratic procedures or waiting for approval to solve obvious problems—this position demands proactive leadership.
  • Operating in a silo—your success depends on active collaboration and community connection.
  • Handling routine, mind-numbing tasks—expect diverse responsibilities and engaging problem-solving opportunities.

Candidate requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline
  • Demonstrated track record of problem-solving and operational coordination with self-assurance
  • Technical proficiency with IT infrastructure or support systems
  • Background in client-service environments
  • Fluent bilingual communication skills in Spanish and English
  • Natural ownership mentality with proactive approach to challenges
  • Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship requirements
  • Commitment to daily on-campus presence in Austin, Texas

Nice to have

  • 3+ years leading operational initiatives
  • Google Workspace administration background
  • Event coordination and management experience
