Description

LOCATION NOTE: This in-person position is based at our Austin, TX campus.

Are you frustrated by waiting on others to resolve issues you could fix immediately? At Nova Academy, you will serve as the go-to expert who keeps campus operations running seamlessly, addressing challenges with speed, ingenuity, and accountability.

Your responsibilities will span from resolving technical device issues to orchestrating flawless events and maintaining campus security. This work is mission-critical. You will develop meaningful connections with students, parents, and staff who recognize and appreciate your skill and commitment. At Nova Academy, your workday is more than just active—it's purposeful, varied, and genuinely fulfilling.

Why Nova Academy?

  • Learning from the Best: Work alongside seasoned professionals throughout our network, acquiring knowledge and skills that accelerate your professional development.
  • Growth Opportunities: With guidance from the Campus Director and Lead Campus Coordinator, you will progressively assume greater responsibilities, from parent outreach to operational leadership, expanding your capabilities and impact.
  • Playbook for Success: Leverage a proven playbook, becoming proficient in developing, refining, and implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across a rapidly growing school network.
  • Training and Mentorship: As you progress, you will help develop others by delivering training and mentorship to incoming staff at multiple campuses.

If you are prepared to leave behind micromanagement, bureaucracy, or limited impact and move into a position where your choices carry weight, come join us.

What you will be doing

  • Taking ownership of day-to-day campus operations—from fire safety protocols to staff onboarding and maintaining an uninterrupted learning environment.
  • Addressing technical challenges directly: diagnosing problems, overseeing device migrations, and acting as the primary resource for technology support.
  • Preparing polished, professional environments for events and guaranteeing their flawless execution.
  • Establishing credibility with students, parents, and staff through transparent communication and superior service delivery.
  • Maintaining campus security by implementing sound protocols, conducting drills, and enforcing safety procedures.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Teaching classes or designing curriculum—your emphasis is on operational performance, not educational content.
  • Following inflexible procedures or waiting for others to act—this role demands proactive responsibility.
  • Operating independently—your effectiveness depends on teamwork and active community involvement.
  • Becoming trapped in repetitive or mundane duties—this position provides diversity and substantive challenges.

Key responsibilities

Maintain seamless campus operations while establishing trust and providing outstanding service to students, staff, and parents.
