What you will be doing
- Commanding the daily operations of the campus from safety protocols to onboarding new staff, ensuring a seamless educational experience.
- Becoming the campus tech guru: addressing technical challenges, managing device transitions, and being the first point of contact for tech solutions.
- Transforming spaces into professional event venues and executing events flawlessly.
- Fostering trust through clear communication and exceptional service to students, parents, and staff.
- Upholding campus security and safety with effective protocols and drills.

Key responsibilities
Candidate requirements
- Bachelor's degree (no specific field required)
- Proven ability to resolve issues and manage operational logistics with confidence
- Familiarity with IT systems or technical support
- Experience in customer-facing roles
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in spoken Spanish and English
- A strong sense of ownership and an eagerness to take initiative
- Legal right to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship
- Willingness to work on-site in Austin, TX
Nice to have
- 3+ years of operational management experience
- Experience serving as a Google Administrator
