Description

Are you eager to disrupt the education sector with cutting-edge AI? Passionate about making a tangible difference in students' lives, helping them learn more efficiently and joyfully? Join LearnWith.AI, where we are crafting the future of personalized education, and need innovative product thinkers who are quick on their feet and quick to learn.

This isn't just a role to oversee a product. It's about driving specific, measurable outcomes every week. You'll have one clear objective linked to real student impact. Your mission? Achieve that goal and back it up with data. Dive into the world of learning challenges, transform your insights into structured "Brain Lifts" that enhance both human and AI intelligence, and execute rapid, weekly product improvements until the results speak for themselves. You'll be delivering impactful features at a fast pace and refining them just as swiftly.

At LearnWith.AI, we're not simply adding technology to a flawed system; we're creating a new one. The traditional U.S. education model is obsolete, designed for the average student in a uniform classroom. Our platform marries over 50 years of learning science with expert knowledge and AI-driven coaching to provide personalized instruction on a large scale. Whether it's aiding a student in overcoming learning setbacks or excelling in their AP exams, we're demonstrating that education can be both personal and powerful.

This position isn't for those who prefer to hide behind vague strategies or get caught up in execution details. If you need a pre-defined plan or prefer defining features over defining success, this might not be for you. But if you're driven to tackle real-world issues, adept with data, and thrilled to use AI to enhance your thought process, you'll thrive here.

You’ll collaborate with a cohesive team of engineers, educators, and AI enthusiasts, working directly with founders to make a significant impact where it matters most: student outcomes. You'll move swiftly, learn passionately, and prove that your work made a measurable difference in the way students learn. If this is the product challenge you've been waiting for, apply. Let's revolutionize education together.

What you will be doing

  • Develop Brain Lifts: Create a dynamic collection of expert insights that refine AI tools, inform decisions, and demonstrate your understanding of the domain.
  • Implement Product Iterations: Deliver small, data-driven product improvements weekly to guide the product towards a measurable impact.
  • Gain Domain Expertise: Achieve a deep, structured understanding of a specific domain to enable the team to make informed decisions, create tailored outputs, and communicate authoritatively.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Managing roadmaps or dictating what to build or how to build it
  • Spending an entire month developing a new feature; we aim for weekly feature releases
  • Drafting lengthy, exhaustive PRDs, managing backlogs, or defining every screen or edge case in detail
  • Creating technical solutions or determining software architecture

Candidate requirements

  • A minimum of 4 years in a product leadership position where you shaped the product vision and owned the core problem-solution hypothesis
  • Experience in launching at least one successful product (beyond a feature or module) that reached actual users (not just internal tools) from the ground up (not joining midway through development)
  • A passion for integrating AI into your daily work (e.g., research, analysis, synthesis, or strategy)
