As our AI Product Lead, you'll drive tangible student outcomes through rapid iteration and data-validated improvements. What you will be doing

  • Develop comprehensive "Brain Lifts"—structured knowledge frameworks that enhance AI capabilities, guide strategic decisions, and demonstrate your growing domain mastery
  • Execute rapid, evidence-based product improvements on weekly cycles, consistently steering toward quantifiable educational outcomes
  • Cultivate specialized domain knowledge that enables the team to make superior decisions, craft more effective solutions, and communicate with genuine expertise

What you will NOT be doing

  • Creating traditional product roadmaps or dictating build specifications
  • Engaging in extended development cycles; our philosophy prioritizes weekly feature deployments
  • Producing extensive product requirement documents, managing feature backlogs, or creating exhaustive UI specifications
  • Designing technical architecture or developing code-level solutions

Candidate requirements

  • Minimum 4 years experience in product leadership positions where you personally crafted product vision and owned the fundamental problem-solution hypothesis
  • Proven track record of successfully launching at least one complete product (beyond individual features) to external users, managing the process from conception through deployment
  • Demonstrated passion for incorporating AI tools into your professional workflow (research, analysis, strategic planning, etc.)
