AI Product Strategy Lead   $200,000 USD/year

Description

Ready to break free from traditional product management constraints? You've mastered launching software products, but you crave something more meaningful than backlog management and spec documents. You're a pathfinder who thrives without a roadmap, diving deep into user needs and complex domains until clarity emerges.

At Trilogy, we're revolutionizing product leadership. Forget "owning the roadmap" – here, you own a business outcome. We'll give you a crystal-clear goal tied to user interaction, and you'll make it reality. Success demands leveraging AI as a collaborative partner, gathering authentic user insights, and translating these discoveries into actionable intelligence for your team. You'll drive rapid, data-informed iterations until you achieve measurable results.

Join a team that values impact over process and substance over ceremony. If you're tired of product management theater and want to create genuine value through sharp insights and lightning-fast feedback loops, this is your opportunity. We're creating the product leadership role you've always wanted but never found.

What you will be doing

  • Develop and refine BrainLifts – comprehensive knowledge frameworks that enhance AI capabilities, guide strategic decisions, and demonstrate your domain mastery
  • Execute weekly Product Iterations – targeted, evidence-based enhancements designed to progressively move key metrics toward defined outcomes
  • Cultivate structured Domain Expertise – build a systematic understanding of your specific field to elevate decision quality, create precision-tailored solutions, and communicate with unquestionable authority

What you will NOT be doing

  • Dedicating entire months to single feature development – our rhythm is weekly shipping, not quarterly releases
  • Creating encyclopedic PRDs, maintaining endless backlogs, or specifying every possible UI element and edge case
  • Designing technical architecture or implementing code-level solutions

Candidate requirements

  • Minimum 4 years leading product strategy in a product-focused company, with demonstrable experience crafting comprehensive product vision, defining strategic roadmaps, and implementing data-driven improvements (must be full-product ownership, not feature-level work or custom/internal development)
  • Proven experience in enterprise software product management, with nuanced understanding of how large organizations evaluate, purchase, and implement software solutions compared to consumer or SMB markets
  • Strong technical foundation enabling meaningful collaboration on data structures and system architecture trade-offs, supported by either Computer Science education or minimum 1 year hands-on development experience
  • Genuine passion for integrating AI tools into your professional workflow (research, analysis, strategic planning, etc.)
