You've built products from zero to scale, but you're done with the theater of traditional product management. You don't want to manage backlogs or write endless PRDs—you want to own a measurable business outcome and have the autonomy to achieve it through sharp insights and rapid iteration.
What you will be doing
- Develop BrainLifts: Create structured, evolving frameworks of domain expertise that enhance AI capabilities, inform strategic decisions, and demonstrate mastery of your vertical
- Execute weekly product iterations: Ship data-driven enhancements that systematically move key metrics toward your assigned business outcome
- Build authoritative domain knowledge: Acquire deep, structured understanding of your market so you can make superior decisions, create targeted solutions, and communicate with credibility
What you will NOT be doing
- Managing traditional product backlogs or writing exhaustive PRDs that collect digital dust
- Spending months on single features—our cadence is weekly iterations, not quarterly releases
- Building technical architecture or writing code—you focus on product strategy and user outcomes
- Playing politics or managing up—you'll have direct accountability for results, not process compliance
Key responsibilities
Drive a specific, measurable business outcome by leveraging AI-enhanced insights and rapid product iteration to fundamentally change how users engage with our platform.
Candidate requirements
- 4+ years leading product strategy for complete software products (not just features) at product companies, with demonstrated ability to shape vision, define roadmaps, and drive improvements through metrics and user feedback
- Enterprise software product experience—you understand how large organizations evaluate, purchase, and adopt software solutions
- Technical fluency to engage in data model discussions and system design trade-offs, supported by CS education or minimum 1 year hands-on development experience
- Active AI adoption in your current workflow for research, analysis, synthesis, or strategic planning
