Description

You have launched a software product from the ground up, yet you understand that meaningful product work is an ongoing discipline. You are someone who navigates ambiguity without guidance, who invests deeply in understanding the user, the challenge, and the domain until a coherent direction becomes visible. You are not interested in backlog administration or template-driven specifications. You seek ownership of an outcome that holds genuine significance and the autonomy to pursue it with velocity, clarity, and intent.

At Trilogy, we are inverting the traditional structure. Your role is not to "steward the roadmap." Your mandate is to deliver one concrete reality: a tangible, measurable business result. You receive a single, clearly defined objective—a specific outcome that should materialize as users engage with the product—and your responsibility is to make it real. You will develop comprehensive domain knowledge by leveraging AI as a collaborative partner and incorporating user feedback, translate that understanding into actionable structures that both human colleagues and AI systems can execute against, and guide the product through rapid, evidence-driven iterations until the objective is achieved.

You will join a team that does not reward performative activity or polished process charts. Your purpose is to generate impact and make choices grounded in user evidence, tight feedback cycles, and incisive understanding. If you are weary of the conventional PM playbook and are ready to redefine it, we invite your application. We are constructing the discipline product management was always meant to be.

What you will be doing

  • Develop BrainLifts: A curated, dynamic repository of expert knowledge that refines AI capabilities, informs decisions, and demonstrates your mastery of the domain.
  • Execute Product Iterations: Targeted, evidence-based product improvements delivered each week to advance the product toward a defined outcome.
  • Cultivate Domain Expertise: Develop comprehensive, structured knowledge within a particular domain to enable superior decision-making, produce more specialized outputs, and establish credible authority.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Dedicating an entire month to a single feature release; our cadence targets weekly feature delivery
  • Producing extensive and comprehensive PRDs, administering backlogs, or specifying every interface detail or boundary condition
  • Constructing technical implementations or software architecture

Candidate requirements

  • 4+ years in a product leadership role in a product company, where you personally shaped an entire software product's vision, defined the roadmap, and improved it based on usage metrics or customer feedback (i.e., not just a feature or a module in a bigger product, and not internal development or outsourcing work or custom development done for a single customer)
  • Some experience in product management of software used by large enterprises, so you can understand the particularities of how large enterprises choose, buy, and adopt software, compared to consumers or even SMBs.
  • Technical background that enables discussing data models and system design trade-offs. Backed up by either formal education in Computer Science, or practical hands-on experience as a developer/coder of at least 1 year.
  • Enthusiasm for using AI in your daily work (e.g., research, analysis, synthesis, or strategy).
