What you will be doing
- Craft compelling product narratives that transform abstract founder concepts into concrete, actionable pathways
- Author decisive strategy documents that eliminate ambiguity and enable teams to execute with confidence
- Create revolutionary "BrainLifts" frameworks that capture our evolving product philosophy and AI integration principles
- Identify and articulate strategic pivots backed by deep analysis and market understanding
- Engage in high-level strategic discourse with leadership through sophisticated written exchange
What you will NOT be doing
- Getting bogged down in day-to-day project management or OKR tracking
- Playing calendar tetris for alignment meetings - your documents will speak for themselves
- Implementing superficial AI features without strategic depth
- Creating documentation for documentation's sake - every word must drive strategic value
- Simply executing orders - we need a strategic partner who challenges and elevates our thinking
Key responsibilities
Candidate requirements
- Proven strategic leadership with 6+ years steering product direction and owning the strategic narrative
- Demonstrated 2+ year track record of direct collaboration with visionary leaders, transforming abstract concepts into concrete strategy
- Deep practical AI expertise - hands-on experience with LLMs, agent systems, and modern AI orchestration frameworks
- Portfolio of 2-3 compelling strategic documents showcasing your ability to frame complex decisions
- Proven success operating autonomously in ambiguous environments
- Track record of driving change through written influence rather than positional authority
- Masterful communication skills with emphasis on written strategic documentation
- Ability to align with U.S. business hours for 2-3 hours daily
