Description

You've shipped a software product from concept to market, and you understand that meaningful product work extends far beyond launch. You solve problems without predefined frameworks, immersing yourself in user needs, challenges, and the domain landscape until the right direction becomes evident. Your interest isn't in backlog administration or template completion—you seek ownership of objectives that carry weight, with the autonomy to pursue them through velocity, clarity, and precision.

Trilogy operates on a different principle. Your role isn't to "control the roadmap." Your mission is to deliver one tangible outcome: a quantifiable business result tied to how users engage with the product. You receive a single, well-defined objective—an event or behavior that should occur during product interaction—and you are accountable for achieving it. This demands cultivating rich domain knowledge using AI as a collaborator and user feedback as your compass, translating those insights into actionable frameworks for both human teammates and AI systems, and directing the product through rapid, evidence-based cycles until the target is reached.

You'll enter a team that dismisses ceremonial tasks and polished process charts. Your purpose is to generate impact and make choices anchored in user evidence, tight feedback mechanisms, and incisive understanding. If you're weary of performing the traditional PM routine and ready to redefine it entirely, submit your application. We are constructing the future of product management as it was always meant to be.

What you will be doing

  • Create BrainLifts: A curated, living repository of expert knowledge that enhances AI capabilities, informs decision-making, and demonstrates your mastery of the domain.
  • Execute Product Iterations: Compact, metric-informed product improvements deployed each week to advance the product toward a defined outcome.
  • Develop Domain Expertise: Gain comprehensive, organized knowledge within a targeted domain, enabling the team to deliver superior decisions, generate more customized results, and engage with credibility.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Dedicating an entire month to a single feature build; our cadence targets weekly feature releases
  • Producing extensive and exhaustive PRDs, curating backlogs, or specifying every interface element or corner case
  • Designing technical implementations or software architecture

Candidate requirements

  • 4+ years in a product leadership role within a product company, where you directly influenced an entire software product's vision, established the roadmap, and refined it using usage data or customer feedback (meaning a complete product—not merely a feature or component of a larger system, and excluding internal tooling, outsourced projects, or bespoke development for individual clients)
  • Experience managing software products deployed in large enterprise environments, giving you insight into how large organizations evaluate, procure, and implement software differently than consumers or small-to-medium businesses.
  • Technical foundation sufficient for engaging in conversations about data architecture and system design considerations. Supported by either formal Computer Science education or at least 1 year of hands-on coding/development experience.
  • Genuine interest in integrating AI into your everyday workflow (such as research, analysis, synthesis, or strategic planning).
