This position is characterized by ownership of a strategic outcome rather than process administration. Your responsibility will be to establish an objective for our Education vertical and have the authority to deliver on it. You will personally craft the master "Brain Lift" that encodes our strategy and shapes the portfolio roadmap unifying all our educational products. Leading a team of talented Product Owners, you'll function as a player-coach who stays immersed in the most pivotal work.
The conventional one-size-fits-all education framework doesn't meet individual student needs. Our methodology involves constructing a new system grounded in learning science and AI to provide genuinely individualized instruction. We are demonstrating that education can be simultaneously deeply personal and powerfully effective.
This position differs from a conventional VP of Product role. If your preference is to manage process rather than own outcomes, or if you wish to offload core strategic responsibilities, this isn't the appropriate match.
