Description

You're a product executive who continues to ship. You can dissect a defined product vision into the smallest increments of value and deliver enterprise-grade AI functionality to production rapidly, without devolving into roadmap spectacle. You've already navigated the "AI will solve everything" wave, you understand where large language models (LLMs) and generative AI fail under real-world conditions, and you're skilled at building regardless. If your strongest work emerges when you control the outcome from beginning to end (deciding, prototyping, hardening, launching, and observing actual customers using it), then continue reading.

The majority of the software industry approaches AI like a wardrobe swap: add a chatbot layer, unveil a "copilot," brand it as innovation, and hope enterprise purchasers don't probe deeply. We're pursuing the inverse. We're constructing AI-native B2B SaaS functionality that justifies its existence by delivering quantifiable enterprise value at a pace that makes conventional agile planning cycles appear destructive. Our advantage lies in compressing the Sell → Design → Build sequence, uncompromising scope discipline within an established direction, and production releases that satisfy enterprise security and compliance requirements without months of coordination burden.

In this entirely remote position, you'll work closely with engineering and function as a player-coach: part implementer, part decision-maker, zero part facilitator. You'll convert an established product strategy into actionable sprint-level scope, prototype rapidly with contemporary AI tooling to eliminate ambiguity, and drive releases that customers can genuinely adopt in authentic enterprise settings. If you've delivered brand-new enterprise software, leveraged AI as an execution framework (not a press release), and you remain composed when the hype meets production realities, you'll possess the autonomy to move quickly and the accountability to ensure it endures. If that feels like relief rather than pressure, apply.

What you will be doing

  • Shipped Product Capabilities: Brand-new or significantly enhanced product features delivered to production and available to enterprise customers
  • AI-Driven Prototypes: Functional prototypes built using AI as the principal execution layer to confirm functionality prior to production hardening
  • Enterprise-Grade Production Deployments: Completely hardened, secure, dependable deployments that satisfy enterprise standards for quality, usability, and security

What you will NOT be doing

  • Portfolio or roadmap-focused product leadership
  • Dependence on customer discovery as the main source of direction
  • Process-intensive or governance-centered product roles
  • Treating AI as an assistant instead of a fundamental execution layer

Key responsibilities

  • Rapid delivery of enterprise-grade, AI-native product capabilities into customer hands

Candidate requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience shipping new products or major capabilities end-to-end
  • Experience owning product delivery from vision refinement through production deployment
  • Experience prototyping, testing, and iterating products or features using modern AI tooling
  • Experience ensuring enterprise-software standards for quality, security, reliability, and deployment
