Description

You're a product executive who continues to deliver. You know how to take a defined product vision, break it into the smallest units of meaningful value, and ship enterprise-grade AI capabilities quickly—without devolving into performative roadmap exercises. You've already navigated the "AI solves all problems" hype cycle, understand where large language models (LLMs) and generative AI fail under production realities, and remain effective at building regardless. If your strongest contributions emerge when you control the entire outcome (from decision-making through prototyping, hardening, launch, and observing actual customer usage), this role warrants your attention.

The majority of the software industry approaches AI as superficial rebranding: add a chatbot interface, announce a "copilot" feature, label it innovative, and hope enterprise clients don't probe deeply. Our approach is fundamentally different. We build AI-native B2B SaaS capabilities that justify their inclusion by delivering quantifiable enterprise value at velocities that make conventional agile planning appear counterproductive. Our advantage lies in compressing the Sell → Design → Build cycle, maintaining ruthless scope discipline within a clear strategic direction, and achieving production deployments that satisfy enterprise security and compliance requirements without protracted coordination timelines.

This fully remote position places you adjacent to engineering, operating as a player-coach: part hands-on builder, part decision authority, zero parts process coordinator. You'll convert established product strategy into actionable sprint-level scope, rapidly prototype using contemporary AI tooling to eliminate uncertainty, and push releases that customers can genuinely adopt within authentic enterprise contexts. If you've delivered novel enterprise software, leveraged AI as an execution mechanism (not marketing material), and remain composed when industry hype meets operational reality, you'll possess both the autonomy to accelerate and the accountability to ensure durability. If that description feels like opportunity rather than burden, submit your application.

What you will be doing

  • Shipped Product Capabilities: Novel or substantially improved product features deployed to production and available to enterprise customers
  • AI-Driven Prototypes: Functional prototypes built with AI as the primary execution mechanism to validate capabilities prior to production hardening
  • Enterprise-Grade Production Deployments: Completely hardened, secure, dependable deployments satisfying enterprise requirements for quality, usability, and security

What you will NOT be doing

  • Portfolio management or roadmap-focused product leadership
  • Dependence on customer discovery as the main directional input
  • Process-intensive or governance-centered product responsibilities
  • Using AI as a supplementary tool rather than a foundational execution layer

Key responsibilities

  • Rapid delivery of enterprise-grade, AI-native product capabilities into customer hands

Candidate requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience shipping new products or major capabilities end-to-end
  • Experience owning product delivery from vision refinement through production deployment
  • Experience prototyping, testing, and iterating products or features using modern AI tooling
  • Experience ensuring enterprise-software standards for quality, security, reliability, and deployment
