You're a product leader who still builds. You know how to break down a defined product vision into the smallest valuable pieces and ship enterprise-ready AI features quickly—without letting delivery turn into planning theater. You've already navigated the "AI solves everything" hype cycle, understand where LLMs and generative AI fail under real constraints, and can still deliver results. If your strongest work comes from owning outcomes completely (from decision to prototype to launch to customer usage), this role is worth your attention.
The software industry is mostly doing AI as performance: add a chatbot layer, brand it a "copilot," label it innovative, and hope enterprise buyers don't probe deeper. We're taking a different path. We're creating AI-native B2B SaaS features that justify their existence by generating measurable enterprise impact at a pace that makes conventional agile processes seem counterproductive. Our advantage lies in shortening the Sell → Design → Build cycle, enforcing disciplined scope within a clear direction, and deploying to production in ways that satisfy enterprise security and compliance without extended coordination drag.
This is a fully remote position where you'll work closely with engineering and function as both builder and decision-maker—not a coordinator. You'll convert an established strategy into actionable sprint-level scope, use modern AI tools to prototype rapidly and eliminate ambiguity, and push releases that customers can actually implement in true enterprise settings. If you've launched new enterprise software, applied AI as a delivery mechanism (not marketing copy), and stay composed when hype meets production reality, you'll have the freedom to move quickly and the accountability to ensure it works. If that feels like opportunity rather than burden, submit your application.
Crossover's skill assessment process combines innovative AI power with decades of human research, to take the guesswork, human bias, and pointless filters out of recruiting high-performing teams.

It’s hard to qualify – on purpose. High standards mean every educator, leader and EdTech builder is at the top of their game.
Top performers earn what they’re worth. Six-figure education roles aren’t fantasy here – they’re the baseline for excellence.
Skills carry more weight that resumes here. Demonstrate learning mastery, AI fluency and passion for what’s next. That’s what counts.
