Description

You're a product executive who delivers. You take a defined product vision, decompose it into minimal viable increments, and ship enterprise-quality AI features rapidly—without letting the work devolve into roadmap performance art. You've already navigated the "AI fixes everything" wave, you understand where large language models and generative AI fail under production pressure, and you know how to build effectively regardless. If your strongest results come from end-to-end ownership (deciding, building prototypes, hardening, launching, and observing live customer usage), continue reading.

Much of the software world approaches AI as theater: add a chatbot layer, unveil a "copilot," label it innovation, and hope enterprise buyers don't probe deeply. We take the inverse approach. We're constructing AI-first B2B SaaS capabilities that justify their inclusion by delivering quantifiable enterprise value at a velocity that makes conventional agile planning appear counterproductive. Our advantage lies in compressing the Sell → Design → Build cycle, maintaining aggressive scope discipline within a fixed direction, and deploying to production environments that satisfy enterprise security and compliance requirements without extended coordination delays.

In this entirely remote position, you'll work alongside engineering and function as a player-coach: part executor, part decision authority, zero part process manager. You'll convert established product strategy into actionable sprint-level scope, rapidly prototype using contemporary AI tooling to eliminate uncertainty, and push releases customers can genuinely adopt in actual enterprise settings. If you've launched original enterprise software, applied AI as an execution mechanism (not a headline), and remain composed when hype meets production reality, you'll enjoy the autonomy to act quickly and the accountability to ensure it endures. If that feels like opportunity rather than burden, submit your application.

What you will be doing

  • Shipped Product Capabilities: Original or substantially upgraded product features released to production and available to enterprise customers
  • AI-Driven Prototypes: Functional prototypes built with AI as the core execution layer to confirm capability before production hardening
  • Enterprise-Grade Production Deployments: Completely hardened, secure, dependable deployments satisfying enterprise benchmarks for quality, usability, and security

What you will NOT be doing

  • Portfolio or roadmap-focused product leadership
  • Dependence on customer discovery as the main source of direction
  • Process-intensive or governance-centered product roles
  • Using AI as a support tool instead of a primary execution layer

Key responsibilities

  • Swift delivery of enterprise-grade, AI-native product capabilities to customer environments

Candidate requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience delivering new products or significant capabilities end-to-end
  • Experience owning product delivery from vision refinement through production deployment
  • Experience prototyping, testing, and iterating products or features using modern AI tooling
  • Experience ensuring enterprise-software standards for quality, security, reliability, and deployment
