Description

You're an engineer who refuses to accept poor code quality, sluggish deployment cycles, or obsolete development methodologies. Your work goes beyond writing software—you construct AI-powered systems that render conventional engineering approaches slow and wasteful. If this describes you, continue reading.

Most development teams continue coding using legacy methods—manual debugging sessions, experimental deployment strategies, and functionality that barely scratches the surface of AI beyond occasional Copilot assistance. Trilogy operates differently. AI permeates every aspect of our development workflow: concept generation, issue identification, defect remediation, and system performance enhancement. This isn't about experimenting with AI utilities; this is about embedding AI comprehensively into the software development lifecycle to remove inefficiency, accelerate delivery, and engineer with accuracy.

In this position, you will deconstruct existing B2B solutions, reconstruct them as cloud-native systems, and enhance them with AI integration at every layer. You'll be building and shipping AI-enhanced capabilities, applying advanced retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) for automated issue detection, and guaranteeing seamless releases—zero downtime, zero interruptions, zero compromises. If you seek a position where you invest weeks deliberating architectural choices rather than delivering, this role isn't suitable.

If you're prepared to expand the frontiers of AI-powered software engineering and advance your professional trajectory, submit your application now. If you favor maintaining your current comfort zone, manually authoring test scenarios, or collaborating in environments resistant to automation, this opportunity isn't for you.

What you will be doing

  • Utilizing diagnostic tools and RAG vector repositories to detect, analyze, and resolve product defects and address bugs.
  • Employing AI development agents to architect, build, and ship innovative capabilities for cloud-native systems.
  • Guiding AI agents and serving as the validation checkpoint for AI-generated outputs; AI results are not flawless and demand your engineering judgment.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Routine Monotony: We minimize burdensome infrastructure overhead so you can concentrate on building innovative solutions.
  • Endless Meetings: We prioritize your development expertise over conference room attendance. Expect increased coding time, reduced discussion time.

Key responsibilities

  • Deploy AI-powered features to optimize workflows and equip service providers with cutting-edge tools.

Candidate requirements

  • A minimum of 4 years of professional experience in commercial software development, with emphasis on production code for server-side web applications
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience with serverless architectures and cloud-native development (any cloud vendor)
  • Experience utilizing GenAI code assistants (e.g., Github Copilot, Cursor, v0.dev); we are not seeking traditional ML engineers without LLM experience
  • Experience writing production-level code in at least two general-purpose coding languages, such as Typescript, Javascript, Python, or C#
  • Experience building APIs
  • Experience working with SQL databases
