Description

You're a developer who refuses to accept poor-quality code, sluggish deployment pipelines, or antiquated engineering methodologies. Your work isn't limited to writing software—you construct AI-powered systems that render conventional engineering approaches slow and wasteful. If this describes your mindset, continue reading.

The majority of software organizations continue coding the traditional way—manual debugging sessions, deployment by trial and error, and functionality that scarcely uses AI beyond occasional Copilot prompts. Trilogy operates differently. AI permeates every aspect of our development workflow: generating feature concepts, detecting bugs, resolving defects, and optimizing performance. This isn't experimenting with AI utilities; this is comprehensively embedding AI throughout the software development lifecycle to remove inefficiency, accelerate delivery, and engineer with accuracy.

In this position, you will deconstruct existing B2B products, reconstruct them as cloud-native solutions, and enhance them with AI integration at every layer. You'll develop and ship AI-enabled features, apply advanced retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) techniques for automated defect identification, and guarantee seamless releases—zero downtime, zero service interruptions, zero compromises. If you seek a role where you spend weeks deliberating over architectural choices rather than delivering software, look elsewhere.

If you're prepared to redefine the limits of AI-powered software engineering and advance your professional trajectory, submit your application now. If you favor staying within your comfort zone, manually authoring test cases, or collaborating in teams reluctant to embrace automation, this opportunity is not for you.

What you will be doing

  • Utilizing analysis tools and RAG vector stores to pinpoint, diagnose, and resolve product defects and address bugs.
  • Employing AI development agents to architect, build, and ship cutting-edge features for cloud-native applications.
  • Guiding AI agents and serving as the quality checkpoint for AI-generated outputs; AI results are not flawless and demand your engineering judgment.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Routine Monotony: We minimize burdensome infrastructure overhead so you can concentrate on building innovative solutions.
  • Endless Meetings: We prioritize your development skills over conference room attendance. Anticipate more engineering, less discussion.

Key responsibilities

  • Build AI-powered features to optimize workflows and equip service providers with groundbreaking tools.

Candidate requirements

  • At least 4 years of professional experience in commercial software development, focusing on production code for server-side web applications
  • At least 1 year of experience with serverless architectures and cloud-native development (any cloud vendor)
  • Experience using GenAI code assistants (e.g., Github Copilot, Cursor, v0.dev); we are not looking for traditional ML engineers without LLM experience
  • Experience writing production-level code in at least two general-purpose coding languages, such as Typescript, Javascript, Python, or C#
  • Experience developing APIs
  • Experience using SQL databases
