What you will be doing

  • Architect overarching AI-driven systems that automate sophisticated elements of software development, including architecture generation, dependency management, and advanced predictive coding capabilities.
  • Engage deeply with the latest advancements in AI and software engineering through R&D initiatives, conference participation, and active involvement in academic and professional communities. Our objective is to be among the earliest adopters whenever new AI technologies emerge.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Routine Code Maintenance: Performing regular updates or debugging of existing software to address minor issues or enhance functionality.
  • Standard Software Development: Executing basic coding or development tasks that involve implementing straightforward features or functionalities without AI integration.

Key responsibilities

  • Apply your engineering expertise to achieve substantial gains in development speed, reductions in human error, and improvements in code quality, thereby accelerating time-to-market for software products and elevating customer satisfaction.

Candidate requirements

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience as a full-stack software developer (you must possess both front-end and back-end coding expertise)
  • Extensive experience using GenAI code assistants (e.g., Github Copilot, Cursor.sh, v0.dev)
  • Proven track record of successfully implementing Generative AI products/projects/solutions/tools
  • Demonstrated experience leveraging various LLMs (e.g., GPT, Claude, Mistral) to address business problems
  • Clear understanding of when and why to select specific LLM models for different tasks
  • Demonstrated understanding and prior application of the Model Context Protocol (MCP)
