IgniteTech distinguishes itself by implementing transformative Generative AI capabilities that fundamentally reshape software engineering. This position extends well past typical AI use cases centered on incremental gains; it involves spearheading large-scale, high-impact initiatives that harness AI to dramatically elevate efficiency and drive innovation enterprise-wide. Once onboard, you will design and roll out AI-powered frameworks that compress delivery cycles, minimize defects, and produce solutions with exceptional scalability, establishing new benchmarks for the industry.

This position is ideal for candidates who have:

  • Developed code components integrating advanced LLMs into applications (e.g., customer support chatbots, API integrations)
  • Augmented predictive analytics or tailored recommendation engines within legacy platforms using automated AI methods
  • Leveraged AI to swiftly resolve recurring bug fixes and feature enhancements (e.g., real-time language translation or content personalization)

This position targets seasoned practitioners who have delivered meaningful Generative AI outcomes in production environments. If you lack hands-on experience executing work of this caliber, this opportunity is not suitable.

What you will be doing

  • Building New AI Products and Features: Fine-tune LLMs to deliver entirely new AI-driven products and discrete modules that integrate smoothly into current solutions or serve as the backbone of novel offerings, similar to our recent work with www.eloquens.ai
  • Automating Internal Processes: Deploy sophisticated AI methodologies to automate internal operations and workflows

Key responsibilities

  • Drive accelerated product launches and elevated customer satisfaction through ongoing AI-powered enhancements

Candidate requirements

  • AI-First Mindset (if your default approach is to write code manually before turning to AI tools for validation or refinement, rather than beginning with AI, please do not apply)
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience as a full-stack developer (you must possess both front-end and back-end programming capabilities)
  • Extensive usage of GenAI code assistants (e.g., Github Copilot, Cursor.sh, v0.dev)
  • Demonstrated track record of successfully deploying Generative AI solutions with measurable, substantial business impact
  • Hands-on experience applying various LLMs (e.g., GPT, Claude, Mistral) to address business challenges
  • Clear understanding of when and why to select particular LLM models for distinct use cases
