- Produced code modules integrating advanced LLMs into live applications (e.g., customer support chatbots, API integrations)

- Leveraged AI to swiftly resolve recurring bug fixes and feature requests (e.g., real-time language translation or content personalization)

What you will be doing
- Developing New AI Products and Features: Fine-tune LLMs to build entirely new AI-driven products and discrete modules that integrate seamlessly into current solutions or serve as the basis for new offerings, similar to the recent work our team completed with www.eloquens.ai
- Automating Internal Processes: Deploy advanced AI methodologies to automate internal operations and workflows
Key responsibilities
- Drive faster product releases and elevated customer satisfaction through ongoing AI-powered enhancements
Candidate requirements
- AI-First Mindset (if your default approach is to write code manually before using AI tools for verification or refinement, rather than the reverse, do not apply)
- At least 1 year of experience as a full-stack developer (both front-end and back-end coding proficiency required)
- Extensive experience with GenAI code assistants (e.g., Github Copilot, Cursor.sh, v0.dev)
- Proven track record of implementing Generative AI solutions that delivered significant quantitative outcomes
- Demonstrated experience applying various LLMs (e.g., GPT, Claude, Mistral) to address business challenges
- Clear understanding of when and why particular LLM models are appropriate for specific tasks
