What you will be doing

  • Build and ship functional AI prototypes in under 24 hours that immediately automate real business workflows.
  • Own AI solutions end-to-end, from design to deployment to monitoring, without hand-holding or bottlenecks.
  • Drive continuous automation across the business by identifying new opportunities and iterating on past solutions to keep pace with evolving needs and capabilities.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Maintaining legacy systems that don't leverage AI-driven automation.
  • Working on mundane, repetitive tasks without creative problem-solving.
  • Following rigid, pre-defined specifications without room for innovation.

Key responsibilities

Reimagine and build an AI-powered ecosystem that transforms manual marketing operations and community platforms into intelligent engines delivering 10x business impact.

Candidate requirements

  • AI-First Mindset (if your instinct is to write code first and then use AI tools to verify or enhance your code, rather than the other way around, then please do not apply).
  • At least 5 years of full-stack software engineering experience (you must have both front-end and back-end coding expertise).
  • Professional experience integrating AI/LLMs (via APIs, prompt engineering, or automation) into real-world applications.
  • Proficiency with cloud infrastructures (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and building scalable, distributed solutions.
  • An understanding of when and why to choose specific LLM models for different tasks.
  • Demonstrated understanding and prior application of the Model Context Protocol (MCP).
