What you will be doing

  • Develop and launch functional AI prototypes within single-day timeframes that immediately streamline critical business processes
  • Take complete ownership of AI solutions throughout their lifecycle - from conceptualization through implementation to performance optimization - with autonomous decision-making and execution
  • Spearhead ongoing automation initiatives by discovering untapped opportunities and enhancing existing solutions to align with evolving business requirements and technological capabilities

Key responsibilities

  • Architect and implement a revolutionary AI-powered ecosystem that converts traditional marketing operations and community engagement platforms into intelligent, automated engines delivering exponential (10x) business value

Candidate requirements

  • Demonstrated AI-First Philosophy (candidates whose default approach is traditional coding followed by AI enhancement, rather than leading with AI-driven development, should not apply)
  • Minimum 5 years of comprehensive full-stack development experience (must possess strong capabilities in both front-end interfaces and back-end systems)
  • Proven track record implementing AI/LLMs (through API integration, prompt engineering, or workflow automation) in commercial applications
  • Advanced knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and expertise building resilient, scalable distributed systems
  • Strategic understanding of LLM model selection criteria for diverse use cases and performance requirements
  • Verified expertise and practical implementation experience with the Model Context Protocol (MCP)
