What you will be doing

  • Maintain a comprehensive collection of insights, known as BrainLifts, that you've developed from your expertise in the domain and customer interactions, helping to align your team, AI models, and decision-making processes.
  • Utilize OODA Loops to achieve measurable results through rapid, data-driven product iterations, focusing on the Most Important Problem and implementing high-impact changes within a week, with success tracked by clear metrics.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Managing product roadmaps or determining what or how to build.
  • Engaging in solution-first product management; instead, you'll begin by becoming a domain expert and understanding your users.
  • Spending extended periods on feature development; our goal is to launch new features weekly.
  • Developing technical solutions or defining software architecture.

Candidate requirements

  • A minimum of 4 years in a product leadership role, where you have shaped product vision and owned the core problem-solution hypothesis.
  • Experience in launching a successful product from scratch that reached real users and achieved at least $1 million in revenue.
  • Professional experience in incorporating AI into your daily work, such as research, analysis, synthesis, and strategy.
