Role Description

Stuck prioritizing feature requests instead of driving innovation? Crossover places elite technical product managers in roles where you’ll define the vision and guide execution for AI-first software products built to solve real problems at scale.

You won’t be polishing wireframes or managing endless stakeholder requests.

In these CTO jobs, you’ll work directly with engineers, data scientists, and senior executives to build next-gen SaaS platforms, smart workflows, and machine-learning integrations that power global businesses.

Whether your strength lies in system architecture, API-first design, or scaling ML features, you’ll own the entire product lifecycle - from roadmap to release and beyond.

You’ll join US-based software companies like Trilogy, GFI, and IgniteTech, where TPMs don’t just ship features - they shape the future of enterprise software.

This is product leadership without compromise: full accountability in cross-functional teams, AI-powered velocity, and the opportunity to build what matters.

Here’s What to Expect:

  • Elite pay for elite execution: Top technical product managers earn 3–16X more than local averages
  • No feature factories: You’ll own strategy, roadmap, and delivery - not just specs and sprints
  • AI-first tooling: Work in environments where product decisions are powered by real-time insights
  • Global collaboration: Partner with top engineers, ML experts, and business leaders across 100+ countries
  • Clear metrics, fast cycles: Every product move you make will be measured, tested, and scaled fast

Key Responsibilities

  • Define product vision, architecture, and execution strategies for AI-integrated SaaS and platform tools
  • Translate business goals into clear, technical product specs that engineering teams can act on
  • Prioritize product roadmaps based on data, customer needs, and performance insights
  • Own performance metrics - release velocity, adoption, retention, and user satisfaction
  • Continuously improve the product through feedback loops, experiments, and post-launch iteration
  • Ensure alignment between technical feasibility and strategic business outcomes

You won’t spend your time writing JIRA tickets for someone else’s roadmap. You’ll define what gets built - and why it wins.

Key responsibilities

Translate founder vision into crisp product strategy that aligns teams, clarifies decisions, and shapes the future of AI-powered learning.

Description

You won’t manage roadmaps. You'll shape the thinking that defines them. This role isn’t about backlogs or sprint reviews. It’s about deciding what should exist, and why.

This role puts you in the founder’s brainspace. You’ll work directly with the creator of Ephor, a cutting-edge AI education platform, translating ambitious vision into product clarity that engineering teams can build against. No gatekeeping layers. No diluted direction. Just high-trust, high-impact collaboration on an AI-native product redefining how people learn.

At Trilogy, we build products differently. We don’t ship feature factories — we ship thinking. And Ephor demands the best of it. It’s not just another app with “AI” slapped on. It’s a platform of intelligent agents, multi-model orchestration, and real-time knowledge synthesis. Your job is to make the strategy behind it unavoidable: strategic briefs, decision narratives, reframes, pivots, and evolutions that move the product forward with clarity and conviction.

This is a remote role with timezone flexibility, but you’ll need 2–3 hours of daily overlap with U.S. business hours to stay closely connected to the work.

If you need KPIs on day one, a pre-written roadmap, or a manager to define success for you — this role will break you.

But if you thrive in ambiguity, and can carve clarity from chaos by writing, thinking, and collaborating with conviction — you might just do the best work of your life here.

Candidate requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in product strategy, product management, consulting, or business development roles, with increasing strategic ownership and executive collaboration.
  • Recent experience as a Senior Product Manager, Strategy Lead, or Chief of Staff in a high-growth, founder-led company.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate high-level vision into actionable product direction — with clear positioning, tradeoffs, and delivery paths.
  • Direct experience working with a founder in a startup or entrepreneurial setting — translating vision into strategy and thriving in ambiguity, speed, and high-trust decision-making environments.
  • Proven ability to influence product direction through structured strategic writing — including briefs, narratives, and positioning documents.
  • Demonstrated comfort with ambiguity, rapid iteration, and complexity — this is not a process-driven PM role.
  • Strong, hands-on AI fluency — you've built with LLMs or applied AI to accelerate product thinking and are familiar with MCP, agentic workflows, and orchestration frameworks.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication — this is a doc-led, not meeting-led, role.
  • Availability for 2–3 hours of daily overlap with U.S. business hours.
