Stuck prioritizing feature requests instead of driving innovation? Crossover places elite technical product managers in roles where you’ll define the vision and guide execution for AI-first software products built to solve real problems at scale.
You won’t be polishing wireframes or managing endless stakeholder requests.
In these CTO jobs, you’ll work directly with engineers, data scientists, and senior executives to build next-gen SaaS platforms, smart workflows, and machine-learning integrations that power global businesses.
Whether your strength lies in system architecture, API-first design, or scaling ML features, you’ll own the entire product lifecycle - from roadmap to release and beyond.
You’ll join US-based software companies like Trilogy, GFI, and IgniteTech, where TPMs don’t just ship features - they shape the future of enterprise software.
This is product leadership without compromise: full accountability in cross-functional teams, AI-powered velocity, and the opportunity to build what matters.
Here’s What to Expect:
Key Responsibilities
You won’t spend your time writing JIRA tickets for someone else’s roadmap. You’ll define what gets built - and why it wins.
Build the future, not just the backlog.
Most tech product jobs are hopelessly one-sided - too technical for business leaders, too strategic for engineers, or too political to get anything done fast.
Not in this group of companies.
Crossover clients value one thing above all others - real product outcomes. That’s why we hire the top 1% of technical product leaders who combine architecture fluency with customer obsession and the discipline to deliver value at top speed.
You won’t manage someone else’s roadmap - you’ll design your own.
Here’s what sets these roles apart:
You're not a feature factory.
You’ll drive the product roadmap based on long-term strategy and measurable value - not just what's loudest in the backlog. That means solving core problems, not endlessly iterating on edge-case requests.
You’ll work directly with execs, engineers, and data scientists - not layers of PMs - so your product strategy is technically feasible and commercially sharp.
No more lost context or watered-down decisions - just full and complete alignment from idea to implementation.
There are no legacy handcuffs here.
You’ll lead with modern AI architecture, scalable systems, and clean execution - without fighting tech debt on day one. Instead of being stuck in maintenance mode, you’ll build future-proof platforms from the ground up.
Real Authority, Not Lip Service
You don’t just influence product direction - you own it.
From roadmap to release, you’ll make the decisions and be trusted to execute fast. Your technical judgment and strategic clarity aren’t just welcomed - they’re required.
Metrics That Matter
Your impact is measured by outcomes, not vanity KPIs.
We track product success with real usage data, adoption, and sustained value. You’ll know exactly what’s working (and what needs to change) without guesswork or spin.
Not project managers. Product architects.
Crossover clients aren’t looking for people to manage Jira boards. They hire technical product leaders who can turn AI capabilities into market-defining products - people who speak code, understand the business, and don’t flinch at high-stakes decisions.
We’re hiring senior product pros who:
You’ll thrive here if you:
Whether you’ve been a VP of Product, a Senior PM, a Technical Product Manager (TPM) or a hands-on CTO - we care less about your title and more about your ability to lead and deliver.
We don’t hire by résumé - we test for what matters.
Every Crossover candidate completes a CCAT and real-world product challenges to prove they can lead in an AI-powered, high-speed environment.
Titles definitely don’t get you hired - capability does.
You’ll join high-performing US software companies where technical depth, execution speed, and autonomy are non-negotiable.
What You’ll Actually Work On
What You Need to Succeed:
You’ve outgrown coordination.
Step into a TPM role where your vision drives execution - and your decisions power real products used around the world.

Lead the creation of the world's most engaging business simulation game by building the team, defining the vision, and delivering a product that makes players better entrepreneurs through play.
Success in Your First Year
• Within 6 months, you've delivered a playable vertical slice where players progress through real business skills by completing meaningful gameplay challenges.
• Early playtests show that teenagers consistently describe the game as fun before recognizing how much they're learning.
• You've built and onboarded the founding game development team, with regular, high-quality releases.
• Within 12 months, you've launched a closed beta with more than 1,000 players, achieved 40%+ 30-day retention, and established a development cadence capable of shipping new simulation experiences sustainably.
Founders School is a radical new high school launching in New York City with an ambitious promise: students will generate $1 million in profit before graduation or we'll refund their tuition. But our mission extends far beyond a single campus. We're building the first business simulation game where every meaningful upgrade is earned by mastering real entrepreneurial skills like pricing, marketing, hiring, and operations.
This is the founding leadership role behind that vision. You'll own the game's creative direction, product strategy, and development team while working directly with Founders School's leadership. Your job is to take the concept we've developed, identify what isn't good enough, and help shape a better vision before leading the team that brings it to life.
The challenge is unlike anything else in games or education. You must build a simulation that players genuinely want to play for ten hours straight while making them measurably better at running a real business. Most games succeed at entertainment. Most educational software struggles to keep people engaged. We believe both are possible, and we're looking for the person who can prove it.
You'll also help define how modern games are built. AI should be part of every stage of your creative process, from design exploration and balancing to prototyping, content generation, playtest analysis, and production.
If you've always wanted to create the game you'll be remembered for, this is your opportunity. If that excites you, we want to hear from you.
• Experience shipping at least one commercially successful game that players genuinely loved, ideally on a team of 10 or fewer.
• Demonstrated experience leading multidisciplinary game development from concept through launch.
• Deep expertise designing simulation, sandbox, systems-driven, strategy, or management games.
• Daily hands-on use of generative AI tools to accelerate game design and development, with the ability to demonstrate recent examples of how you've used AI in your workflow.
• Passion for entrepreneurship and a genuine belief in the value of building profitable businesses.
• Strong leadership, communication, and hiring skills.
• Willingness to work on-site in New York City.
• Able to work in the US without sponsorship.
Crossover's skill assessment process combines innovative AI power with decades of human research, to take the guesswork, human bias, and pointless filters out of recruiting high-performing teams.
