Description

You have experience shipping a software product from concept to market, and you understand that meaningful product work is continuous and evolving. You are someone who navigates uncertainty without relying on a predefined playbook, investing time to deeply understand users, problems, and domains until a solution becomes evident. Your focus is not on maintaining a backlog or completing templates—you seek ownership over meaningful objectives and the autonomy to pursue them with velocity, clarity, and intention.

At Trilogy, the approach is different. Your role is not to "steward a roadmap." It is to deliver a tangible, measurable business result. You will be assigned a single, well-defined objective—an outcome that should occur when users engage with the product—and your responsibility is to achieve it. This requires developing rich domain knowledge using AI as a collaborative partner and user feedback as a compass, translating that knowledge into actionable frameworks for both human collaborators and AI systems, and guiding the product through rapid, evidence-based iterations until the goal is met.

You will work with a team that values impact over process theater. Your focus will be on driving results through decisions informed by user data, tight feedback cycles, and rigorous insight. If the traditional product management game no longer serves you and you are ready to redefine it, we invite your application. This is product management rebuilt from first principles.

What you will be doing

  • Develop BrainLifts: Create and maintain a structured repository of domain expertise that enhances AI capabilities, informs decisions, and demonstrates mastery of the problem space.
  • Execute Product Iterations: Deliver incremental, data-informed product improvements on a weekly cadence to move the product closer to a defined, measurable outcome.
  • Cultivate Domain Expertise: Develop comprehensive, organized knowledge of a particular domain to enable better decision-making, more relevant outputs, and credible communication across the team.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Investing an entire month in a single feature launch; our practice is to release new capabilities every week
  • Producing comprehensive PRDs, overseeing backlogs, or specifying every interface detail and corner case
  • Designing technical implementations or software architecture

Candidate requirements

  • 4+ years in a product leadership role within a product company, where you directly influenced the complete vision of a software product, set its roadmap, and refined it using usage data or customer insights (meaning a full product, not merely a feature or component within a larger system, and excluding internal tools, outsourced projects, or bespoke development for individual clients)
  • Experience managing software products used by large enterprises, providing you with insight into how enterprise organizations evaluate, purchase, and implement software differently than consumers or small to medium businesses.
  • Technical foundation sufficient for engaging in discussions about data models and system design considerations. Supported by either formal education in Computer Science or at least 1 year of hands-on experience as a developer or coder.
  • Genuine interest in integrating AI into your regular workflow (for example, in research, analysis, synthesis, or strategic planning).
