AI Product Lead   $200,000 USD/year

Description

You've guided a software product from inception through launch, and you understand that meaningful product work is an ongoing discipline. You're someone who navigates ambiguity naturally, diving into the user experience, the core problem, and the domain until clarity surfaces. Your interest isn't in backlog administration or template completion. You seek ownership over an objective that drives real impact, with the autonomy to pursue it through rapid iteration, sharp analysis, and concentrated effort.

Trilogy is redefining the approach. You won't be here to "maintain a roadmap." Your mission is to achieve a tangible, quantifiable business result. You're assigned one focused goal—an outcome tied directly to user interaction with the product—and your responsibility is to deliver it. You'll cultivate profound domain knowledge by collaborating with AI and synthesizing user feedback, translate those insights into actionable frameworks for both your team and AI systems, and guide the product through agile, evidence-driven cycles until the objective is reached.

You'll work within a team that values substance over theater and results over polished process documentation. Your purpose is to create impact and make choices informed by user behavior, rapid experimentation, and incisive understanding. If you're ready to move beyond conventional PM routines and redefine the discipline itself, we encourage you to apply. We're constructing the future of product management as it was meant to be.

What you will be doing

  • Develop BrainLifts: Create a dynamic, structured repository of domain expertise that enhances AI capabilities, informs strategic choices, and demonstrates your command of the field.
  • Execute Product Iterations: Deliver targeted, data-informed product improvements each week that progressively drive the product toward its defined measurable outcome.
  • Cultivate Domain Expertise: Develop comprehensive, organized knowledge within a specialized domain to enable superior decision-making, generate more precise outputs, and establish credible authority.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Investing an entire month in a single feature rollout; our cadence targets weekly feature releases
  • Drafting extensive PRDs, curating backlogs, or specifying every interaction detail or corner case
  • Constructing technical implementations or designing software architecture

Candidate requirements

  • 4+ years in a product leadership position within a product company, where you directly influenced a complete software product's strategic direction, established its roadmap, and refined it using usage data or customer insights (specifically, not limited to a single feature or module within a larger product, and excluding internal tooling, outsourcing projects, or bespoke development for individual clients)
  • Experience managing products utilized by large enterprises, providing you with insight into how enterprise organizations evaluate, procure, and implement software differently than consumers or small to medium-sized businesses.
  • Technical foundation sufficient for engaging in discussions about data modeling and system design considerations. Supported by formal education in Computer Science or at least 1 year of hands-on development/coding experience.
  • Genuine interest in integrating AI into your everyday workflow (for tasks such as research, analysis, synthesis, or strategic planning).
